We absolutely hate for this to happen, but if a faulty power bank pops up or can't be returned, please send a report through our mobile app by clicking ACCOUNT → REPORT BUG To avoid charges, please return the power bank within 5 minutes. If fees have already been charged, email us at hello@connectph.co to get refunded.
After 24 hours of renting the power bank, the user will need to pay an additional ₱450 to cover the day's use before the security deposit is returned. If the power bank gets damaged due to the user's negligence, the security deposit will no longer be refundable.
Just insert it in any Connect Station you can find and that's it! If you don't have sufficient balance in your Connect wallet, proceed to pay for your order manually through e-wallets and bank cards.
For new users, follow these steps: 1. Download the Connect Power Bank Rental app on the Play Store or App Store. 2. Create an account. 3. Pay for the security deposit of ₱450. 4. Scan QR code on the station (you'll see a code with a number that looks like this: CNCBXX0000000XXX) Your power bank is now unlocked and you can bring it anywhere you go! For existing users: 1. Make sure your security deposit is still in your account. 2. Scan QR code on the station 3. Charge!
Of course! We encourage you to keep your security deposit so you won't have to panic about waiting to pay when you're at 1%!
The security deposit acts as a key to unlock our Connect Power Banks from the Connect Stations. This is to protect you from damage liabilities when the situation arises. See resources for more information on Security Deposit Guidelines Note: Refunds are not automatic, and you have the freedom to withdraw your security deposit whenever you want! Just make sure to pay your unpaid orders first ☺︎
Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are done through the app. ₱450 is charged before using Connect, and actual usage of power banks will only be charged after use.
Renting a power bank is only ₱18 per hour, and has a pay-as-you-go model. The actual cost will depend on your usage, which you can track from the timer on the app when you rent a power bank. We also charge a refundable security deposit of ₱450 to ensure power banks don't get lost or stolen. Don't worry—we promise we'll take care of your ₱450!
