The security deposit is payable in-app through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Mastercard, and Visa.
Getting your deposit back is easy and can be done real time! Just click 'Refund Deposit' on your Wallet (no customer service request required!, return our power banks, and pay for any pending balance.
You might still be holding on to our power bank. Make sure to return our power banks to get your deposit back. Forgot to pay for your rental? No worries! Just head on over to your Activity History to pay for it and you’ll get your deposit back right away!
